1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern services provided by Tend Coaching FZ LLC, operated by Ellie Corbett, located at 24a The Fairways, Great Hadam Golf and Country Club, Much Hadham, SG10 6JE, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. By booking or participating in coaching services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Tend Coaching FZ LLC provides relationship and heartbreak coaching services, including one-to-one coaching sessions, group programmes, online courses, and digital resources. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. Services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health condition. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, you should seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that coaching outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, and personal circumstances. Results are not guaranteed.

5. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions and programmes must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment plans, if offered, must be adhered to in full.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not provided for completed sessions or accessed digital materials, except where required by law.

8. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential. Information will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law or where there is risk of harm.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, programmes, and content remain the intellectual property of Tend Coaching FZ LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tend Coaching FZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of coaching services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
